Rain
Policy
Hart
Entertainment has an excellent rain policy. Upon confirmation
of an event, we can furnish our customers with a rain cut
off date. As long as we are contacted before that time,
the deposit is completely protected for another date and
transferable for up to one year. Hart may substitute equipment
for pieces not available.
Safety
& Licensing
Hart
Entertainment is one of the few Ontario companies renting
inflatables that has their inflatables & blowers safety
inspected by the TSSA on a annual basis (Technical Standards
& Safety Authority). They are responsible for insuring that
all rides are safe for patrons. We work hard to keep our
equipment in good repair, and we will explain the operating
rules to you when we set up the equipment. As with any vigorous
activity, adult supervision and following the safety guidelines,
along with common sense is important to ensure the safety
of all participants. We are also fully insured with public
liability insurance.
WSIB
(workers comp insurance)
Hart Entertainment's employees are insured & covered by
the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. Should one of our
employees become injured while working for you, they are
insured for disability benefits under the Hart Entertainment
WSIB plan and not your company's policy. Make sure all your
vendors carry workers comp insurance.

Site Inspections
We will be happy to visit your party location and design
a layout (free of charge) on how to best utilize Hart services
at your location.

Event Planning Service
Hart
assists you in making an informed decision based on the
age range, number of guests attending your function and
available space. This information will go a long way in
determining your needs.
