Do
you deliver and set up?
Yes!
We deliver the equipment, set it up safely and operate many
of the items or come back to take it down at the end of
your event. If your event only requires a drop off, we will
cover the rules and equipment guidelines with you and make
sure everything is in good working order before your event
starts. Set up normally takes about 30 minutes per piece
of large equipment. We provide service throughout Southwestern
Ontario.

can provide a total turnkey set up and supervision service.
This means that we deliver, set up and stay at your event
to ensure your guests have a safe and wonderful time. This
allows you (our client) the time to relax and enjoy the
event as well.
What
kind of power is required?
Normally
each inflatable runs off a regular 110volt outlet on a 15
AMP circuit this is usually what you would consider
a "normal plug" in most homes and businesses. Each inflatable
or food machine requires a separate outlet, but some of
our other games can share outlets. We are happy to discuss
the power needs with you ahead of time. We do rent generators
for an additional charge for events in parks or at locations
without sufficient power. Each inflatable must be within
75' of the power source (outlet or generator). The power
needs of our non-inflatable equipment varies we are
happy to discuss it with you when you make a reservation.
What
type of surface can the equipment be placed on?
Inflatables
can be placed on grass, pavement, hardwood or low carpeting,
indoors or out. When setting up outside, we prefer to set
up on grass because it is safest for the users. The surface
should be level. Please specify when ordering, which surface
we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize
the proper anchors for your event.
Most of our interactive sports games & arcade games should
go indoors or under a tent. Video games are usually not
visible in outdoor sunlight. Many of our carnival games
require tables (which are not included) and others can go
on the floor. We can discuss special arrangements for outside
placement of games on sunny days, such as under tents or
pavilions.
How
much room do I need?
The
amount of room required varies with each piece of equipment.
As a rule of thumb, you should add 5' to the width and 10'
to the length of any inflatable (the width and length are
the measurements shown with most of the product pictures).
We are happy to discuss space requirements with you.
Can
these inflatable games be setup inside?
We
provide entertainment inside all year round. We work well
on tile, concrete, hardwood, and of course carpet.
Free
Site Inspections
We will be happy to visit your party location and design
a layout (free of charge) on how to best utilize Hart services
at your location.
What
kind of supervision is necessary?
For
the safety of the participants, each inflatable piece of
our equipment requires adult supervision at all times. The
minimum age for supervisors is 16 years old in most places
(although in some places it's 18). Many of our inflatables
include staff with them. For other games, we would recommend
supervisors, and for an additional price we could arrange
for them or you can provide them.
Safety
& Licensing
Hart
Entertainment is one of the few Ontario companies renting
inflatables that has their inflatables & blowers safety
inspected by the TSSA on a annual basis (Technical Standards
& Safety Authority). They are responsible for insuring that
all rides are safe for patrons. We work hard to keep our
equipment in good repair, and we will explain the operating
rules to you when we set up the equipment. As with any vigorous
activity, adult supervision and following the safety guidelines,
along with common sense is important to ensure the safety
of all participants. We are also fully insured with public
liability insurance.
