We offer part-time, seasonal and full-time positions. Or,
if you're looking for a little extra income outside of your
Day Job, you've come to the right place! We look for individuals
who love working with people of all ages, like having fun
while they're working and strive to go the extra mile when
it comes to customer service! Event work can include loading
our trucks, delivering & setting up games, operating and hosting
the various activities as well as disassembling the games/equipment.
WHO WE ARE
Hart Entertainment is an interactive and inflatable game company
that delivers high quality entertainment to clients throughout
Southwestern Ontario. In addition to serving schools, churches/synagogues
& festivals, we work with well known corporations such as
Microsoft, Ingram Micro, the Toronto Raptors, McDonald's &
AstraZeneca at their company picnics, holiday parties, and
teambuilding events.
WHAT WE NEED
Event staff employees are fun, energetic people with a commitment
to providing top-notch customer service and a desire to excel
within the company. Event staff are encouraged to obtain certifications
that will grant them opportunities to move up the ranks quickly
increasing responsibility and pay rates. Let us know of any
special skills that you may have, such as casino dealing experience.
HOURS
An event staff employee can expect anywhere from 10-40 hours
of work a week depending on availability and skill. Many of
our events fall on holidays and weekends as well as weekdays
and it is very important that event staff take advantage of
as many open positions on events as possible. Being consistently
available for events will have a positive impact on your advancement
and wage increases. Generally, you will receive 3-15 days
notice of an open shift that you are eligible to work; however,
there are also times when you may be called on to fill a spot
with 24 hours or less notice.
RELIABILITY
Attendance for scheduled shifts is crucial in maintaining
the level of professionalism we look for in our employees.
IMPRESSION
Event staff should consider their appearance and behavior
when on and off the job. Staff will be working with the clients
directly at events so being clean cut, courteous, and maintaining
a positive attitude is a must. Staff should be careful to
refrain from any comments that might be perceived as inappropriate.
SAFETY
Staff will have many responsibilities when on an event; the
most important being participant safety. Event staff must
follow and enforce all safety policies explicitly. Staff should
be able to multi-task since you will need to monitor the item
& admit participants into the activity area.
If this sounds like the job for you, please fax (416-762-8180)
